PrimeTest Automation Celebrates 15 Years of Innovation and Growth

Today marks PrimeTest Automation’s 15-year anniversary. In 2001, our company was founded to help clients solve manufacturing challenges with the most efficient and effective automation and test solutions. That passion is what continues to drive co-founder Dan Press and I today.

Over the past decade and a half, PrimeTest Automation has seen steady growth and industry recognition. We’ve completed hundreds of successful projects, diversified technical capacities, and added 10,000 sq ft of manufacturing space with full fabrication capabilities. In addition, we’ve received the Fanuc Robotics Outstanding Sales Growth Award, earned the ISO 9001 certification, and most recently gained approval to build UL 508A industrial control panels.

Our dedicated staff of engineers, designers, and software developers also has grown steadily and their expertise and commitment to customer success has been instrumental to our success. Since day one, customer-focus has been a cornerstone of our company culture. Our staff is committed to partnering with customers to understand specific production goals, imagine new possibilities, and evaluate all tradeoffs, often identifying and solving future problems during the design process.

I’d like to personally thank our strategic partners Fanuc Robotics, National Instruments, and Rockwell Automation for their collaboration over the years. Our long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with these companies ensure we can provide customers with automated solutions that meet even the most aggressive production goals – from tighter tolerances and smaller footprints to improved rate and increased yield.

In the last 15 years, we’ve built a strong foundation and are positioned well for future growth. We’ll continue our focus on creating automation solutions for medical, automotive, and general manufacturing applications, where products are becoming increasingly complex and the demand for fast, flawless manufacturing is more essential than ever. I’m looking forward to the next wave of manufacturing challenges we can solve with automation solutions.
