Banner Expandable Safety Controller

What we like about this product is that, when you factor in both price and time saved, it offers a cost effective solution compared to using discrete components such as multiple estop monitors and safety relays. Its versatility allows us to stock a common device, and use it for multiple applications, eliminating special ordering, and waiting on product to ship.

The software is a free downloadable program, with no licenses or renewal processes. This reduces our record keeping and provides less for our customers to worry about. Also, It’s user-friendly interface allows even our newest engineers and technicians to quickly master programing the controller. And the software’s simple configurations allow the flexibility for adjustments on the go!

I really enjoyed this product spotlight because it explains the practical benefits of the Banner Expandable Safety Controller in such a clear way. As someone who works in a small manufacturing setup, I’m always looking for solutions that save both cost and time, and this controller seems like a great fit. It actually reminded me of when I first started my own workshop .I had to manage everything from sourcing automation parts to even designing signage at a local banner printing shop.
